1952 Ford Crestline with Flathead V 8 and a rebuilt Ford O'matic. Car is not a show car (has a few nicks here and there) but is a good driver or 5' car. Tons of compliments every time I take it out. Original gauges and speedo are not hooked up but it does have aftermarket temp and oil gauges. Top is chopped 5". lexan windshield and rear is lexan too. side windows are laminated safety glass. Car has been rewired head to tail with speedway kit and points have been eliminated and replaced with petronix system. Car has had both water pumps replaced with new ceramic bearing pumps. Car does not overheat even in traffic but does has electric fan installed on a switch just in case (never had to use it). Car is painted (not primer) flat black. I "wax" it with furniture polish after washes to give the paint a little sheen. Car does have a few bubbles in the lower rockers but nothing to bad. floor pans appear to be in good shape. Interior is pretty nice. seats are from unknown donors (front seat is dyed black and you have to touch it up in wear areas about once a year) and carpet shows minimal wear. Car has good oil pressure. holds 7-10 psi at idle and 40-50 while driving. I drive the car about once or twice a week. Car is reliable and has never left me stranded however rear axle ratio is really low and is not geared for hwy. driving. In town car has now problem keeping up with other traffic. Car is lowered on aerostar front coils and blocks on rear. All trim and door handles are shaved. I have an electric door popper kit that I will include with sale but it is not installed on car. Car has stereo with CD player and accessory hookup. This is a car you can get in and drive today. I have tried to list everything I can think of about this vehicle - if you have any additional questions feel free to ask.
