New tires. new paint. new chrome. There is something about this car that makes it even more uncommon than the Individually Adjustable Contour Seats (bucket seats).
And that is the optional Vertically Adjustable Steering Wheel.
When the two items are on the same car it is quite uncommon.
The steering wheel option was only available in 1964 and 1965.
No other car had a feature that operated that way.
