Out of State Buyers

In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes. title. registration. and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $250. 00. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.

Deposit

We require an immediate (Non-refundable) deposit of $500 to end an auction.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end. and make arrangements for payment at that time.

If you are using the "Buy Now" option. a $500. 00 (Non-Refundable) deposit is required immediately. A $500. 00 (Non-Refundable) deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction under any other conditions. . The remainder is due within 7 calendar days of Auction end. Immediate deposit helps us in weeding out false bids and further protects you as a buyer.

If no contact is made within 48 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle. sell it to the next high bidder. or sell it otherwise.
