excellent body (older paint job) that runs and looks great.

Please note that the car now has on the original Chevrolet hubcaps.

However many of the photos show the car with ‘dress up' hubcaps.

The 1948 Chevrolet Stylemaster Business Coupe is probably one of the most desirable styles for Chevrolet in 1948 (along with the convertible).

It is very seldom that you see one that is completely original because they were so popular that most have been converted into hotrods.

The car in this e Bay ad is a car that has been loved for many years by its current owner.

Over those years he has gone over the car in its entirety to make it an absolutely gorgeous street car.

The car comes with a radio. heater and clock (not working).

The private seller even went as far as to rebuild the 3-speed transmission.

He didn't just stop with making all the mechanics up to par but he also went over the cosmetics on the paint. chrome and GREAT looking interior.

The private seller has also kept extensive records of everything that has been done to the car so the new owner will have a nice set of records for reference.

This is a car that is a fabulous car to show off at the Saturday night local drive-in! It is also a car that has plenty of pep from the six cylinder with the stick transmission.

It also has a spacious trunk to hold tons of stuff.

(Don't forget that it is a business coupe and that was the whole idea to have a large trunk for the traveling salesman of the late 1940 s and early 1950 s).

This car is equipped with the full width whitewalls and even a correct sun visor .

The radio is the correct push button radio and even says Chevrolet on it .

The odometer is showing 3. 48 miles and apparently was set back at some point and the true mileage is unknown.

Please note this vehicle now has the correct. original Chevrolet hubcaps.

Many pictures show the ‘dress up' hubcaps that have been removed from the car.

The private seller tells us that the car has less then 1. 00 miles since the six-cylinder engine and 3-speed transmission were rebuilt.

The car is equipped with directionals and seat belts.

The white plastic control knobs on the dashboard are in good condition also.

The beautifully reupholstered seats not only have the seat belts in the front but also in the backseat in case you want to buckle up the grandchildren in the backseat.

The car also features the extra large bumper guards at each end of the bumper on the front and the back.

This car is currently licensed for 2016 and has passed the state safety inspection.
