I bought this rv a year ago. Since then i replaced the holding tank and radiator. Everything works. there is a tv with sound system and dvd player and X-box. led lights air conditioning. bathroom and shower. mini-fridge. propane oven and stove. additional floor ac unit. lots of storage. It shows 30 k miles but I don't believe that it is correct. Drives great. dual gas tanks. my friend mechanic examined it and said it is in great condition for its age. I could not figure out how to register it in CA as it is from Washington. i have a title but to register it here you will need smog check it. I wasn't driving it so decided not to register it at all so now selling it like that. registration expired in july 2015. You'll have to pick it up in Campbell 95008
