HE BOUGHT THE CAR BACK IN THE LATE 1980'S WITH A VISION OF FULLY RESTORING THE CAR AS A RETIREMENT GIFT TO HIMSELF AND HIS WIFE.

WITH OVER 30+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A FACTORY WORKER FOR CHRYSLER. HE KNEW HOW TO DISASSEMBLE. REPAIR. RESTORE. REBUILD AND WHO TO GO TO FOR CORRECT BODY WORK & PAINT….

THE CAR COMES WITH PHOTO'S AND A 5” THICK FOLDER OF RECEIPTS OF MONEY SPENT AND WORK PERFORMED FOR THE RESTORATION.

WHAT'S MOST INCREDIBLE. THE OWNER SPENT ABOUT $10. 00 IN PAINT AND BODY WORK BACK IN 1995 / 96 WHEN THE CAR WAS FINISHED.

FROM THE DOOR JAMS TO UNDER THE HOOD AND TRUNK- THE CAR DOES NOT DISAPPOINT !!

THE PAINT HAS NEVER BEEN WETSANDED OR BUFFED. ONLY DELICATE HAND WASHES AND LIGHT WAXING WHEN NEEDED.

EXCELLENT BODY GAPS AND FITMENT.

TRUNK PAN FINISHED IN A SPECIAL Du PONT COATING TO PREVENT ANY RUST.

VERY NICE GLASS. TRIM AND BRIGHTWORK.

ALTHOUGH MOST OF THE BRIGHTWORK HAS BEEN REPLACED. SOME PIECES WERE KEPT BECAUSE THEY WERE STILL IN GOOD SHAPE AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE OR HARD TO FIND.

NEW CANVAS TOP IN EXCELLENT SHAPE W/ PLASTIC REAR WINDOW.

THE TOP RARELY WAS USED. SO TOP BOOT WAS A LITTLE TOUGH TO SNAP INTO PLACE- NEEDS A LITTLE MUSCLE / HEAT TO STRETCH AND SNAP INTO PLACE.

MOST OF THE INTERIOR IS REPLACED. NEW OR RESTORED ( FACTORY STYLE STEERING WHEEL COMES WITH CAR ).

WORKING GAUGES. HORN. LIGHTS. SIGNALS AND WIPERS ( PASSENGER SIDE WIPER ARM WAS INSTALLED BACKWARDS AND COMES WITH REPLACEMENT WIPER ARM TO FIX ).

ORIGINAL SPEEDOMETER / ODOMETER CABLE BROKE DURING RESTORATION AND REPLACED BY A DONOR CAR ( ORIGINAL SPEEDO COMES WITH CAR ).

ALSO ADDED IS A CD PLAYER WITH A 6 DISC CHANGER IN THE TRUNK.

ORIGINAL. NUMBERS MATCHING 318 ci “POLYHEAD” V 8 WAS REBUILT WITH GOOD PARTS. PURPLE CAM AND UPGRADED 4 BBL CARB ( ORIGINAL CARB COMES WITH CAR ).

ALSO ADDRESSED AND REBUILT FACTORY TRANSMISSION ALONG WITH FACTORY REAR.

THE BRAKES WERE UPGRADED TO DISC BRAKES WITH TUNED BRAKE BIAS FRONT TO REAR.

UPGRADED POLICE RALLYE WHEELS WERE INSTALLED TO CLEAR DISC BRAKES.

THE CAR PRESENTS. STARTS. RUNS. DRIVES. TRACKS AND BRAKES AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS !!
