1985 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series for sale

93000 mile. 1985 Mercedes Benz 300 cd Turbo Diesel with a 4 speed Manual transmission. It runs and drives exceptionally well. the engine has had full service. rebuilt injectors. adjusted valve lash. new fuel and oil filters. the boost has been turned up so is the fuel pump to give it a little more power. The transmission is from a 1978 240 D with 134000 miles on it. new clutch and pressure plate. new master cylinder. fresh oil. Being a later model car. it has the taller gear diff. allowing for a better highway fuel economy and higher speeds. Front brake rotors and pads have been replaced. rear rotors resurfaced and new brake pad. adjusted and lobbed the E-brake components. all done 1500 miles ago. New tires all around. The things that are not in a good shape are the very common rust spots on the driver side fender and door from salt being thrown at it from cars from oncoming traffic. and the top of the rear seat and arm rest are cracked from sunlight baking them. As you can see. I was looking forward to keeping this car for a very long time. and truly wanted to make it my own. but unfortunately my wife and I are at a financial struggle. I only hope someone will love this car just like I do and continue to care for it. Hopefully in a near future I will be able to buy it back into our family.
