1988 Toyota Land Cruiser LX

1988 Toyota BJ74 Land Cruiser imported from Japan 3 1/2 Years ago.   It is  a 13BT turbo diesel with 5 spd. manual trans.   It is a right hand drive 2 door . wd SUV with 2 rear ambulance style doors.   It has just over 80. 00 kilometers (50. 00 miles) on the odometer. It has been taken very good care of over it's 29 years.   Still looks and drives like new.   It is all original and has not been modified or altered in any way.   From the interior to the exterior and under you can see this truck has been gently used.   It's got some nice options. P. T. O. winch. chrome bumpers and running boards. rear roof ladder. PIAA driving lights. receiver hitch already wired. folding and removable rear seat just to name a few.   It has had all of it's service and maint. done within the last 4 months- trans. and transfer. front and rear end. all fluids replaced and flushed plus the CV's repacked. so it is ready to go with nothing needed to be done. Safety check items . ires have about 20. 00 miles on them and were just rotated. brakes checked at over 50% rear and more in the front. steering is tight and no play or wander. This runs and drives great. Passenger compartment is comfortable and noise free as all the rubber and trim moldings are good and not rotting or dried out.   All that being said there are some things that keep it from being perfect that could be addressed to make it  perfect.   The clear coat on the roof is starting to wear in places. air cond. works but not ice cold and will need to recharged with the new type coolant. Missing the driver side power door lock switch.   Left side outside mirror is no longer remote op. and is not chrome like the right one.   On the top of the left rear door and on the left passenger door the paint  no good and needs touched up. both spots are about dime to quarter size (see pics).   Overall the 74 is in great condition and will be a reliable and safe truck for years to come. and it is a blast to drive and it's fun to be the only one around that has one.   If it sells I will require a nonrefundable $500. 00 deposit via pay-pal within 24 hrs. of sell. nbsp; with the balance paid in full within 7 days of sale. Will not transfer title or del. until all monies are received. Sold in Cedaredge CO. as is and where is. and it is the responsibility of the new owner to arrange pick-up.  but will help with anything I can.
