We Are Pleased To Offer This Fantastic Opportunity To Own This Classic Mercedes Benz Long Wheel Base. . Finished in Navy Blue with Cream Interior. This is unquestionably the best Mercedes W 108 chassis car we have seen for years. The car was imported from Australia by us and is now DVLA registered and carries 12 months MOT and free historic road tax. In addition there is confirmation from Mercedes that the car was manufactured in September 1968 and dispatched to Australia with the current chassis and engine numbers. The car is in excellent original condition and is potentially concours. It is one of the few long wheel based cars produced with the 280 engine and standard suspension as opposed to air suspension. The speedo shows 4500 miles but we have no documentation to support this. we believe the car has covered 104000 miles. These Cars Are Very Usable In Modern Traffic And Their Reliability Makes Them Perfect For Long. Continental Journeys. The car is advertised elsewhere so we can remove from auction.
