3. 9 liter 6 cylinder engine. Upgraded with 4 speed transmission and

front disc brake kit.

Clean dash with no cracks

in soft pad. newer front and rear seat covers. Window regulators work

OK. headlights & hi-lo beam. tail lights. turn signals and brake

lights all work as they should. Oil pressure gauge shows good pressure temp gauge. gas gauge all good. amp meter does not work (missing pointer).

Speedo and odometer work as they should.

California native with original

'68 issue black license plates Great. solid fender lips. wheel wells.

bottoms of doors all clean and no rust in any of these typically susceptible

area's. Solid original floor pans. Slight rust confined to some area's

in rear sections of rain gutters (see close up photo's) but pinch weld

is intact .

Sits on all matching BF Goodrich

33 x 10. 50 All Terrain Radial Light Truck tires with 85% wear left. Runs

well and shifts correctly in all four gears. Typical fluid ooze from

transfer case and oil pan. but no drips on ground. Owner has taken the

vehicle on long trips including highway miles . trouble free with no

overheating or hic-ups. Great example of a late 60's vintage FJ 40 very

presentable drive as is or good candidate for full restoration.
