Shell Valley 427 Cobra:
#SVMXX-15575.
Titled as a “1966 Shelb Cobra”.
1997 Viper GTS Blue/white stripes.
Under the hood:
a very potent 1966 Ford
289 runs well on 91 Octane fuel. has Ford GT 40 aluminum heads. Shelby aluminum high-ruse intake. Milodon 8-quart winged pan. Barry Grant Mighty Demon 650 cfm carburetor. Mallory Unilite comp-9000 distributor. Hy-Fire IVc Ignition system and Mallory Pro Master coil fuel & oil lines are braided with AN fittings:
Geartrain:
Tremec 3550 5-speed transmission (rebuilt within last 2. 00 miles) with a . 68 overdrive Ford 9” rear with an Auburn locker and 4. 57:1 gears.
4 wheel disc brakes and coilovers with a four-link rear.
In the cockpit:
custom aluminum dashboard fitted with Autometer Ultra Lite gauges. Moto-Lita steering wheel. Simpson 5-pt. racing harness it's fully carpeted including the trunk. and the doors are upholstered and fitted with large pockets.
This for some reason is the roomiest Cobra I have found.
I'm 6'2”. 280 lbs. and I have room to spare.
Rolling stock:
American Racing Torq Thrust D wheels and Dunlop GT Qualifier rubber.
According to the gentleman I purchased her from. she was only on the drag strip one time resulting in a 10. 93 quarter mile 127 mph (and I believe this to be true as she pulls like a freight train).
This Cobra was originally built in 1998.
