Restored about ten years ago with a galvanised bulkhead & all in very good condition.

The chassis (5710 XXXX)built from August 54 - July 55 is very sound & original no doubt due to it's low mileage.

The full history is known and it comes with a large file of receipts and information.

Originally supplied to the Ministry Of Defence. on contract number 6/VEH/16223 in late 1954 being one of 600 vehicles. It was registered 41 BP 62. it was struck off the MOD register in Gloucester on 6 th September 1963. with a new MOD fitted engine. Often done to train REME mechanics.

It has: free wheel hubs. a rare fairey overdrive. Clayton heater. mud flaps. towing ball & rear bench seats.

Totally genuine mileage 43000 (less for the engine) supported by MOT certificates from 1980 on.

This Landrover is not concourse but it is in lovely condition with a great patina.

A fast appreciating classic 4 x 4 ideal for the beach or just exploring.
