Hello and welcome to my listing.
Listing this car on behalf of my brother who now wants it gone. Been a difficult decision to let it go as he has covered well over 25 thousand miles in this car! With 2 minor breakdowns may I add.
The car has been to every corner of England with the band. 'The Runawayz' as this was there only vehicle. Very well known in the scene. and if they were to get popular the old Zephyr may well be worth plenty in years to come? All good bands started somewhere.
The Car has MOT until End of January. Can be driven away.
The car is a good solid example. It has had small amounts of welding done. all of which to an excellent standard.
The paintwork is original! Very shabby if you like perfection but again solid. The doors and lower sections have rust bubbles in places. but personally I would rather see what needs to be done rather than whats been hidden!
The front wings are both Steel!
The engine runs well. and is ultra reliable. Does use a bit of oil and is well bedded in. But I would trust this car to take me anywhere.
Interior is shabby. seats need doing and carpets are non existent. This however allows any perspective buyer to view the solid floor structure.
The car drives well for its age. Does require tracking and the gear linkage bushes replacing. Aside from this its great.
Could write for hours. but I like to deal the old fashioned way. If your interested pick up the phone and call 6 to arrange a viewing.
Would make someone else a great practical classic.
I am open to offers but please be sensible.
