Body & Paintwork;The bodywork is in exceptional condition throughout. there are no dents or dings anywhere on the car whatsoever as expected. There is no rust anywhere at all on the vehicle including the bodywork. jacking points & underside of the car. There is no de-lamination on the front or rear windscreens which is common of this model. There are however some parts on the paintwork that will need attention to make the car perfect. The bootlid has some lacquer peel. the top of both wing mirrors and also the passengers side rear door. this is from the sun in Japan. The car would also benefit from a proper machine polish the bring the paintwork back up. There is no corrosion on the slam panel and on any of the air conditioning pipes which is very common on W124's.
Interior;The interior is black cloth and in excellent condition. the seats and door cards are as new. No rips. tears. marks or wear anywhere at all. The drivers seat is as new with no wear anywhere including the bolster. All the wood trim is in excellent condition with no scratches and is still shiny as it should be. The kick plates are as new with no scuffing or marks whatsoever. All the carpets are as new and the boot area is in excellent condition with no marks at all. All the electrics work as they should. The headlining has started to sag at the rear but it is not noticeable unless you look. Please note the car has no radio fitted as it has been removed as Japanese radios only go to 90FM.
Engine & Gearbox;The car is mechanically excellent. The engine is smooth and quiet and the car drives perfectly. it has plenty of power and is certainly the best M104 engine I have ever driven in any Mercedes before. The gearbox is smooth and responsive and changes when it should. With a clean of the engine bay it would be in concours condition.
Alloys & Tyres;The tyres are all matching Dunlop's with plenty of tread left and the alloys are all in good condition with no kerbing marks but have gone slightly dull. I would also change the alloys to 17" or smaller as they are too big for the car and sometimes on full lock the tyres rub slightly on the arches.
Underside;The underneath of the car is in as new condition. there is no rust or corrosion anywhere whatsoever. All the brake and fuel lines are like new. all suspension components have no surface corrosion at all. I have plenty of photos of the underside from the MOT. The underside is in as new condition and is almost unbelievable for a 22 year old car. The vast majority of UK W124's have corrosion on the underside. jacking points and inner wings. There is no rust or corrosion anywhere on this car whatsoever.
History & Paperwork;I have the current MOT which the car passed with no advisories whatsoever. I also have the original owners manual. service book with stamps and all four keys with the car. I have several of Japan's MOT equivalent also. Please note all the paperwork and service history is in Japanese although on the plus side it does have all the original paperwork and four keys with the car which most import cars do not!
Registering;Please note that the car has not been registered in the UK. The VAT and all duties have been paid and the car is ready to register for the new owner. I have not done this as I no longer want to keep the car so the new owner will be the first owner on the logbook. NOVA has been notified and I have all the relevant paperwork to register the car.

In summary this is a well specified M104 320 saloon W124 with only 30k miles from new and in excellent condition with no rust whatsoever. This car will last for a lifetime if maintained or would alternatively be in concours condition with a little TLC. W124's are getting scarcer now and have started to appreciate in value. this car will certainly not depreciate from now so take your chance to buy a great example at no reserve as I am unsure of the cars value! 
I am selling the car as 6 W124's is far too may. or at least in reality!
