1966 Ford Cortina MK1 GT Estate - Genuine for sale

Ford made less than 100 of these GT Estates or Station Wagons as special order cars and weren`t meant to be for sale to the public. This one slipped thru the net and was imported to New Zealand in 1967 where it spent most of its life here in Canterbury. South Island.
I bought it off a fellow Cortina Club mate approx 7 years ago. after it had been off the road for about 10 or 12 years. We gave it a "light" resto which included a respray. new carpets & hood lining. some upholstery work. as well as brakes. tie rod ends etc. It always flys thru for a Warrant of Fitness inspections (Like an MOT) & is totally reliable as I`ve driven it all over the South Island many times.
Lowered to about Lotus Cortina height is looks super cool on either the 13 x 6 Minilites or the 13 x 7 ROH Steel rims. which the lucky buyer will have the choice of.
This is the real thing & not some "made-up fake". Its more than likely to be the only Mk 1 GT Station Wagon for sale in the world & would help complete anyone`s collection.

This rare classic Cortina is located in New Zealand. just 1 hours drive from Christchurch International Airport or Lyttleton Port. and the owner is more than happy to assist the buyer with transport to this port.
