1995 MERCEDES SL280 AUTO GREEN for sale

My lovely SL is for sale. I have owned this Fantastic car for 2. 5 years. I'm the 4 th owner and I knew the last one. It has full service history and 138 k from new. The car has always been correctly maintained. It had a new stainless steel exhaust system. new tyres. new windows in the soft top fitted last year and the front wings correctly repaired with metal this year.

I have just had both bumpers and the bonnet repainted (stone chips and touch parking) to keep it looking its best.

It has hard and soft tops and everything works correctly. It is a lovely car to own and VERY SAFE. with roll bar. airbags. ABS. anti skid control. etc. It has heated electric leather seats and a wind deflector. Being a 2. 8 straight six Twin cam engine it is very good on fuel as well as being quick and will go on forever. The Auto box has sport or economy settings. I had the exhaust system custom made by an exhaust specialist to give a bit more sound to the smooth Six cylinder engine. A bit more BMW than Merc. Not bean can boy racer in any way!!

These cars were built so well and are currently vastly under rated and are tipped to be the next classic car to put your money into. So not the end of the world if it doesn't sell. but I have just moved and I have a huge house restoration project on my hands. I promised my wife I would reduce my car collection too!

So thats it.

I will really miss this car. its such a great any time car. I have done 9000 miles with it. not one issue and totally dependable motoring.
