It is time for me to say goodbye to my cute little car.   She has been such a good sport when I would load up my St Bernard and take it out for a spin.  If you have never had the pleasure of driving a Metropolitan you are missing out.   You will hear a lot of ohhhh. that is sooooo cute. and you will get a lot of smiling faces.   Never once have I been given the bird while driving it.   Parking is a snap. and even I will risk the dreaded parallel parking with this little gal.   Now she does have some blemishes that will need to be attended to.   There is a rip in the headliner.   Included is a new headliner still in the package. waiting for someone more talented than myself to install it.   The passenger side front seat needs to be restuffed and restitched.   It is not ripped. just coming apart at the seam.   Also the back seat floor will need new carpet.    I have included pictures of what I am talking about.   The drivers side window could use a little something. it goes up and down but not smoothly.   The tires are good and the little tire jack in still in the trunk. People always say it is not about the age but about the mileage and that is true with this Nash.   She will make you proud!
