1969 Mercury Cougar Convertible for sale

351 w. C 6. Black with white stripes. Car used to be a daily driver and then I lost interest. It

has been sitting in storage for a few years. I'd rather see the car go to someone who has the

time and interest. I also have boxes of spare parts like tail light assmeblies. hub caps/beauty rings. dash

components. original steel wheels. etc.

Motor was rebuilt before it was put into storage.

Block has been bored and has a mild cam.

It has the Edelbrock performer package.

Transmission was also rebuilt and has a mild TCI stall.

It also has MSD Ignition system.

Ford 9 inch was also rebuilt with new bearings and gears (3:70 summit).

A B&M ratchet shifter was installed but still also have the original.

The car has drum brakes on all fours and has no power steering or power brakes.

Interior is in descent shape. There is no cracking on the dash.

The front seats were re-upholstered.

Convertible top has no holes but the stitching came out of the back window.

Sequential turn signals and headlight covers work as they should.

This is not a matching numbers show car.

There are some scratches. dings. and rust.

The paint is starting to bubble around the wheel wells. Car is sold as is.
