Here we have a classic 1960 MGA Coupe for sale! These cars are an incredible amount of fun and have style to boot. This MG is an inexpensive way to get into the British car scene.

Personally I prefer the MGA coupes to the roadsters as they remind me of a much more expensive car. the Jaguar XK 120.

This particular MGA was purchased a few years back with the intention of building a vintage racer. The car was bought just like it sits now. which is why I have decided to sell her. I figure if it hasn't made it through my project que in three years I may never get to it.

Now to the nitty gritty details of the car… The body has its highlights and down falls. the aluminum hood. doors and trunk are in nice shape. Fenders have had some body work done. The frame has been cut where the motor mounts would be. but the rest is in very nice shape. Usual rust places like the battery box are free of cancer. I believe all of the wood is with the car. The engine is a 1500 MGA (15 GB-U-H 48214) and the transmission is the mid 1500 gearbox. Glass is complete all the way around and in ok to good shape.

The car comes with lots of extra parts. fenders and doors. Many parts are NOS and or very nice. Known to be missing are the seats and driveline. Other bits and pieces may be missing too as I have not catalogued the car.

The parts are currently all palletized but can be boxed and loaded into the car for shipment. We are happy to help set up shipping but the buyer will be responsible for payment. Please feel free to call the shop
