Mercedes Benz SLC 350 1972

Selling on behalf of a elderly friend who has now hung up his driving gloves.
History. The car was purchase in 1996 as seen in pictures more to be added sorry for delay. It was stripped to every last nut and bolt all sealant and rust removed and rebuilt new suspenion bushes engine mounts etc all parts from Mercedes or Mercman ltd Southampton and put back on road approx 2006

Changes made to car in rebuild Alloy Bonnet and boot lid fitted and later front lower spoiler. 5000 cc V 8 lighter alloy engine and gearbox from 126 SEL 1985 with approx 83000 miles on clock. Limit slip diff from 450 SLC. Blue Leather trim.
Most recent addition. Stainless steel front pipes New battery DAB radio
We have Photographs on cd of restoration.
This car does require some minor repairs to rear arches and usual age related marks to bring it back to concourse condition. included in sale are two fitted covers. This is one off car which is almost the replica of the later 500 SLC. This sale also will include valuable number plate which is on line at £7550.
