1969 AUSTIN MINI COOPER Mk II

This vehicle has had a full professional nut & bolt restoration over the course of many years. nd covered less than 3000 miles since completion.

It has been dry stored. garaged for the 18 yrs I have owned it and the vehicle is in excellent condition as can be seen in the photo's. New Body Panels fitted include: f panel assy. f n/s & o/s wings. A panels (inner &outer). front floor pans. sills inner & outer. sill steps. rear bulkhead panels. n/s & o/s door skins. door bottoms. boot skin. ear lower valance with closing panels. A posts. lower quarter panels. and boot floor panels

Paintwork : Complete repaint 2 K primer followed by 2 K Brooklands Green & White top ( In Low-Bake-Oven )

Interior : New head lining & sun visors ( In original cream crackle ). door cards. ear parcel shelf. three piece wooden dash. wood steering wheel. sound proofing. uality carpet. F & R screen rubber seals. quarter light aperture seals. & new front seat diaphragms.

Exterior : New F&R bumpers with overiders & corner bars. all door handles including boot (full lock set fitted) inner handles inc.

road wheels are Mini Lite 100+ with excellent tyres all round inc spare. Mk I grille assy. swinging rear no plate. Quad Optic halogen h/lamps. front flasher lamps. ( COMPLETE WIRING LOOM FITTED ).

Mechanical :

Full engine rebuild inc new ring gear. Complete clutch inc master cylinder / slave cylinder.

cylinder head modified to run on unleaded fuel.

new fuel pump & all fuel lines.

Vehicle has twin fuel tanks fitted.

New rear sub frame. radius arm kits. rear shockers. Hi-Lo. all round Mini Fin rear drums. brake master & slave cylinders new. full brake pipe set fitted. rear brake back plates. front brake back plates. and brake cables. heel bearings. ront CV joints. stainless caliper pistons. rack rod ends. ront brake discs. ads & hoses. Up rated heater matrix. Aldon electronic ignition. multi branch manifold. thick walled stainless steel L. C. B. with twin exit Peco rear box. (all parts were fitted New. )

Composite Sump Guard fitted.

(Once again the vehicle has covered less than 3000 miles since this work was carried out. in fact in the last seven years it has done one thousand three hundred and thirteen miles only)

The vehicle is a pleasure to drive and handles very well.

It has HISTORIC STATUS and therefore Road Tax FREE ( Cheap Classic Car Insurance )
