1940's - 1950's Morris PV van converted to camper. Originally a pre World war 2 design but put back into production after the war. pretty basic beam front axle with leaf springs. old style diff housing and leaf springs in rear. 6. 00 x 18 "Balloon" tires fitted. Full restoration needed. quite scarce even in the UK.
Appears to have been extended at the rear with a section of chassis added. roof raised for more headroom. Claustrophobics may still struggle with the headroom.
Original ply floor at front has de-laminated. has water damage to cabinets will require full refit. has what are believed to be original driver and passenger seats. has most glass. one front quarter window damaged. one side glass missing. Has no side doors. should have sliders.
Missing instrument cluster and grille. 2 litre OHV engine turns over but will not fire. electrical problem maybe. Brake master cylinder seized. Has four speed manual transmission. Engine cover has had original holes welded up for some reason.
Tires hold air. has 2 spare wheels that don't. vehicle rolls. Inspection recommended. message me to arrange. photos form part of the description. Obviously pick up only at Mansfield. Vic. 3722
