1970 arizona vw bus for sale

1970. Arizona deluxe bus.
Very straight bus with no rot. The engine has been completely stripped and rebuilt. Pistons and conrods balanced. Balanced crank and lightened flywheel. Engle 125 camshaft fitted with an adjustable cam wheel. The heads have been professionally ported and rebuilt.
Kennedy clutch fitted and twin weber 34 ict carbs. Also has an external oil cooler and oil filter. This really is a great running engine that has quite a roar for a single port.
The bus has been lowered and sits on some empi alloys with new tyres fitted. Inside it has an old Gene berg shifter and newly covered front seats. i have two rows of back seats but these are not newly covered.
This bus has never been registered so the new owner will be first name on the document.
This bus was never going to be sold but I'm running out of time with work and kids[
