“This is a ~56 year old car in driver quality condition. Not responsible if I've missed anything. PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING, THANK YOU!”

Up for auction today is a 1965 Oldsmobile starfire. I have decoded the cars body tag to the best of my ability, and it seems that this car is entirely original, with the exception of the paint. The car has been repainted at some point, but it has been repainted in the original color. For its age and originality, the car is in very nice shape, showing 30,000 (presumably 130,000) miles on the odometer. Though the car is not perfect, the drivers seat has some wear and tear from over the years, but nothing major, and that's about it on the interior. The left rear quarter has a dent in it that could probably be popped out by a paintless dent repair company, but there is no chipped or cracked paint in that spot. that's really the only issue with the exterior that I can think of/remember. Looking around for rust, all I can find is around the corners of the trunk lid (can send pictures). Other than that the car looks to be pretty rust free from what I can tell. The convertible top works great! It goes up and down as it should along with all the windows and the power seat works! Just installed an old AC Delco factory rebuilt fuel pump and the car starts and runs great, though it sounds like it has a lifter that is stuck and not pumping up. It will come with the box and original fuel pump. Other than the lifter noise, the car runs and drives great going down the road. The car drives straight and has plenty of power and the automatic transmission shifts nicely. The car has been stored inside the entire time of our ownership.

In Closing: The above description is my observations and opinions and they vary from person to person so ask all questions prior to bidding. If I have missed anything in the cars description it was not my intention so please ask for as much detail as you need to make an informed decision on the car prior to bidding. Don't want the winning bidder saying afterwards well you missed this or that. Be a responsible bidder and ask all questions prior to bidding. Not responsible if I've missed anything. I'm not an expert and my opinion of the car may vary from yours so please look at the photos closely and if you need more information or any extra photos please ask prior to bidding. I want the winning bidder to be satisfied with the car when it arrives. Due to the cars age and having no way to warranty the car I'm selling it in "As Is" condition and mileage exempt. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of auctions end via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account then don't bid.
