1976 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ 40.
This old girl is a born and raised. dry Wyoming truck.
If you're a 40 enthusiast. we all know these trucks have their weak spots and this old bird does have a few soft spots by the rockers. but other than that she's solid.
The floors are original and solid.
The body is solid though.
The driver front fender had a boo boo that the previous owner bondoed up along with a dent in the front of the passenger rear fender.
Those areas were cracked and eventually going to come out so I pulled them out so the new owner could see it was a dent and not rust.
As far as the truck goes mechanically. it is sound.
It was converted to a 350 a couple of years ago and it is still running strong.
It has a remote warn winch that is in working condition as well.
The interior is all original with the exception of the awesome fan(redneck a/c) that is mounted by the rear view mirror.
It even has the original radio which are very hard to find.
The previous owner claims that the 67 K miles is original. which is believable. but I have no way to document those miles.
