Henry Ford Steel Deuce Roadster
I am listing this roadster for the owner who built the car. he did all the restoration himself. as a matter of fact that is all he has done his whole life. That is building Hot Rods.
The build started in 2004 and was road worthy in 2009. The chassis is all Heliarc welded. New rails and custom built cross member. His plans were to run it at Bonneville so he includedroll bar brackets in the frame. 283 SBC solid lifter cam Backed by a solid Tremec 6 speed transmission. Power is delivered to the ground through a 31 spline 9" Ford rear end with 4:11 gears and Moser axles. Chrome dropped and drilled front axle. Vega steering box. 15" and 16" steel wheels with radial tires. Wilwood disc brakes. Stock deuce dash with Stewart Warner winged gauges. 39 banjo steering wheel. Ford Mustang bucket seats. 2" chopped windshield with a removable and stow-able Sid Chavers "Bop Top". Walker radiator.
