1948 WOLSELEY 8 very rare car loads of history tax and MOT exempt for sale

Very rare 1948 Wolseley 8
Only made in few numbers over just a couple of years after the war and based on the Morris 8 with a few different body panels
This car was imported from South Africa a few years ago and it shows with how good the bodywork is and as we can see needs no welding. very original solid metalwork
The interior is beautiful and the seats are in near mint condition
There is tons of history to read through
Starts and drives well (even hand cranking) and the little overhead valve engine ticks over like a little sewing machine
Recon water pump with lifetime guarentee and brand new exide 6 Volt battery
Although on the road and running well there are still (as most classics) room for improvement. the brakes need adjusting. he semaphores work when they want to. ubcaps need a refurb (and 1 is an Austin one). he wiring although works is a bit multicolored with a lot of connector blocks. he wipers have never worked but comes with 2 nd hand unit and some chrome is a bit poor
The only reason for sale is because I bought a wolseley 10
All in all a lovely car that would sit nicely at any car show
Please dont ask if the Morris 1100 is for sale as it is not
