1931 Auburn 898A sedan in mid-restoration. Ready to be finished.  
All the wood in this car has been meticulously replaced over a 12-month period by coach builders familiar with Auburns.  
Body is in laser-straight shape and was refitted to the chassis for alignment before being taken off and placed on a dolly for painting.  
The car is 100% complete. Frame is on a jig after being cleaned and painted along with a majority of the driveline and body components.  
For full disclosure. the body is in my warehouse in northern CA where the wood replacement took place.  
The rest of the car is all together in my warehouse in Milwaukee. WI where I was going to have it restored.  
This car is on its way to be a concours show winner. You get to pick colors and wind up with a fresh restoration for a fraction of what I have into it today.
