Reliant regal MK4 barn find for sale

Mk 4 Reliant Regal. barn find. Been parked up in a garage since arrival of new vehicle since 1978. Was running when parked up and sort of forgotten about. Pictures show how it was found and then we rinsed off the dust. Paint is not a shiny as pictures show! The 3 wheelers club states only two of these mk 4's are know to have survived as they were only manufactured 1958 to 59 for 9 months so are the rarest of these vehicles? Not sure about this being number 3 but there are not many about for sure! Car rolls but will need to be trailered away. Viewing welcome. There is also some manuals and paperwork with the car including two workshop manuals Car is advertised somewhere else so reserve the right to end the auction early. Been asked about the underneath. been underneath and the chassis was painted with silver paint as was a lot of the other underside components so all look very good. Interior is as it was in the car when purchase by my relative in the 1960 s and is in good original condition for its age. Was used daily till it was parked up.

They have owned it from 1963 (4 years old) and we have the purchase invoice from Astons of Coventry where they part ex-ed an Arial motorcycle combo (sidecar) due to an expanding family. Will add some photos of underneath when I'm near my laptop.

pictures of example chassis loaded . interior and dash also. cant add any more photos as reached the 12 limit.

Answers to questions. we have the old V 5 minus the bit that we apply for the V 5. this is at DVLA sensitive department as owner passed away. WE spoke to them and we are just waiting it to be sent out in our name they are processing it. Thanks to everyone who has varied that it is rare and that it is probably number 3 or 4 now known to have survived. Somehow wish we were keeping it now but don't have the space and to many other projects to juggle!!
