Pike Predator

With regret the time has come to part with the Pike
Probably the only one left!
Originally made as a turn key car selling for £13. 55 plus vat in 1988. The company based near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire. Sold ( I believe ) a total of seven cars including this. the only kit. The car has been featured in some magazines ( see pictures) I also have some build pictures and original brochures and price lists. The car was sent and approved for TUV . In Belgium I think . this came at great cost resulting in them winding up. nd the whole thing was sold to someone from Belgium. unfortunately on the trip back there was a crash and in the subsequent fire all was destroyed. So no more were to be made.
This car uses Ford running gear . Sierra rear suspension . cortina front . powered by a cologne v 6 2. 8 with a five speed gear box Seats are from a delorean. with a black interior. the weather gear is. Pram type hood. ith hood bag and side screens. with sliding Windows. hese can all be removed very easily Make no mistake this is no lightweight it has an extremely strong chassis and the glass fibre came with gel coat as standard and is very substantial. don't use the car owning another classic and motorhome leaves no time for the Pike.
There could be an opportunity to start producing again . INCLUDED in the sale are moulds for the wings bonnet nose scuttle/windscreen these were purchased from the original glass fibre place in Hinckley

. the main tub would have to be remade . also some spares. / She has a Long mot . ngine recently changed from a pinto to a cologne v 6 2. 8 i I have only used it to and from the testing station but all seems fine
