VW Beetle 1963 Deluxe Rego RAT ROD Volkswagen BUG in NSW for sale

Up for auction is a 1963 vw beetle 1300 Deluxe. Solid original motor. Manual transmission.
Full NSW rego until 15 th February 2017. Custom 00-DUB plates included with sale.
Decent receipt file including new floor pan & engine rebuild in 2007. wiring. recovered seats & suspension/ exhaust system work. Lowered professionally. Very comfortable ride. Decent tyres & whitewalls. Extractors/ exhaust system (not too loud-still has original sounding bug note).
Rat style look with accessories & stickers. Original 6 volt system. Paint is two tone white over light blue. Its thin in areas & has fine cracks in the paint for the vintage look! Some paint chipping around lower RH door hinge. A few minor rust pimples on RHR quarter & a few tiny pimples on the hood. Some surface rust present on roof top & hood edges. Nothing major at all. Its a very dry/ solid body. Some minor paint imperfections etc in other areas.
It drives exceptionally well. cheap to run. & is super reliable. Runs on 98 octane fuels & costs $30 to fill. It has a few oil leaks common with age. It starts first go & has an auto choke so no need to warm the car up on cold mornings.
Interior seating has been re-done & the floor carpets/ mats have also been completed. The steering wheel is showing signs of wear but is original. Original roofing lining presents well with minor wear. It has a rear venetian & vintage radio (not connected). The door cards match the seats. however the map pocket on the lhf has a rip (visible in pic).
Very solid base & an appreciating asset. Comes with surfboard. esky. suitcase & other small accessories.
A truely awesome classic that turns heads & makes friends where-ever it goes! Its an excellent daily or unique weekend toy. Dont expect perfection as its not concourse. but its solid & has lovely 53 yo patina.
