where do i start with this one. this is what the yanks would call a "survivor". 1965 international harvester d 1100 1/2 ton truck. This is believed to be the only one in the uk so extremely rare. This truck was originally the international dealers delivery truck in dolores colorado and i purchased it from farmington new mexico which is only 200 miles from dolores so it has been a dry state truck its whole life. In fact the american seller told me they only get about 2 inches of rain a year. it still has its original 1965 paint. never been welded and is rot free. the under neath is as good as the top. in fact its probably better. yes it has dents and scratches and chips and surface rust but it is in my opinion to original to paint. still has original rubber floor mat. all glass is good. bottoms of doors are perfect and rust free. showing 61000 miles and i have no reason to suspect this is not original. engine is a 266 v 8 (4300 cc) 4 speed manual box. manual steering. the engine is as quiet as a mouse and the box works perfect. just changed the gearbox oil. and rear diff oil. fitted new brakes all round. new wheel cylinders all round. new master cylinder. new clutch slave cylinder. new front wheel bearings. 4 new tyres fitted to the truck before it left the states. The truck is moted till april 2017. everything on the truck works as it should and i strongly advise viewing. you will not be dissapointed with the condition of this truck.
