1974 International Scout 2
This truck has been a personal project for quite a while now. I have put tons and tons of time and money into this. and sadly it has come time to move along. . . Ok I will try to list as much as possible. but Im sure Ill forget something.
It has a refreshed 345 CI engine It has about 70 k on it
Fresh rebuilt 727 from a local shop in Castle Rock has 0 Miles on it
Twin Sticked Dana 20
2 extra Dana 20's
1 rebuilt. 1 fresh from the field
Rebuilt driveshafts. plus an extra set
4 almost brand new 35 12. 50 R 15 Mud Tires
2 extra sets of wheels as seen in the pictures. 1 set is Mickey Thompson chromes
The top is a little rougher then Id like so I picked up a rust free really nice roof in the picture.
It needs a little welding to reattach the rear hatch. but also I have the hatch and it as well is rust free.
I have a set of seats for it.
High steer and pitman arm setup
Extra knuckles
Extra axles
SSII fiberglass half door inserts. no top or doors for that though
SSII Front grill in decent shape.
Full New Wire harness. New Guages
Dash conversion for the gauges.
4" lift springs
Roll cage. with additional front dash arms.
This stuff needs to be installed. but you could probably thrash it out in a weekend and have a killer scout!!
Almost everything to finish the truck! except title. but the nice part is that the process is really easy!
Overall the scout is really rust free. There are a few spots that will need repair but not the major ones like rockers and quarters. . . Really nice project to start with!!
