Off road paper work. 6. 5L Diesel Engine. Automatic Transmission. 4x4. 10. 00 lb. GVWR. 4 Door. Soft Top. Cargo/Troop Carrier Body. 37x12. 50R16. 5 Tires.  date of delivery 5/08. One you applied for plates they give you a valid vin or use serical number. Other wise military serial number is 178269. I have right to cancel sale as I have it locally and other auction.  The exhaust has been removed.  The engine could not be started.  The left rear tire is flat.  couldn't add right year so its not a 1980 only way to post ad as you need valid civilian vin and military hummers do not carry it.
