1970 MG Midget Mkiii in QLD for sale

81587 miles. I believe to be original miles as last owner who owned it since 1987 until mid this year told me it was hardly driven in the time he had it and he bought it with low miles.
Has the 1275 cc engine which is based on the mini cooper S engine.
Interior in nice original condition.
This is what I know is wrong with it but sold as is and unregistered as needs some restoration:
Body nice and straight but paint is old and has some fine cracking and wear so to make it look nice would need a respray. Only a little bit of rust around the A piller (in picture listed) which is an easy repair which will come with the repair plate.
Starts but brake pedal goes flat to the floor and not working however hand brake working may just need the brakes bleeding. The gears were working the other day when engine running however now not so may just need the clutch bleeding as well. Soft top has a couple of little holes it which could easily be repaired. Leaking some oil under the engine which looks like could be between engine and gear box not sure.
Chip in the windscreen which should be able to be repaired
Also comes with Tonneau cover
The last owner told me last time he drove it approximately 4 years ago and drove fine and he has since then regularly started it but sold as is.
The car does not come with the personalised plates however for an extra $800 can come with the personalised plates MGM 70

Hard to get an MG Midget in good original condition that is not rusted out and not been thrashed and or raced.
