Liston vehicles are pleased to announce the arrival of this beautifully original 1982 MK1 Ford Fiesta HC L with just 36. 50 miles from new.

EXTERIOR

The exterior of this little Fiesta is in great original condition. The Titan Blue metallic paintwork is still highly presentable giving a great glossy shine. The factory number plates remain in good condition. just emphasising the genuine good order of the vehicle as a whole. Underneath this Fiesta has been cleaned. under-sealed and rubber stone chipped to preserve its good condition for years to come.

INTERIOR

The interior of the car shows the classic credentials of a low millage. well-maintained vehicle. The unmarked cloth seats are in great condition with no loose material and as comfortable as the day the came out of the factory. All clocks. dials and lights have been beautifully preserved alongside the original factory radio. Beneath the carpets. the floors are in superb condition with no signs of rust or corrosion. The headlining is tight without any marks or signs of wear. The boot interior is unmarked and in great condition with the boot floor also in fantastic order.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION

The engine bay really completes this car; with its modest 957cc engine completing this humble classic runaround. The strut tops are in fantastic condition showing no signs of corrosion what so ever. The engine starts on the button giving a delightful rasp from the exhaust. The clutch feels good with plenty of life still in it. Going through the gears is as easy as the day this car left the factory. happily sitting at speeds around 70mph. making this a really good ‘usable classic'.

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES

The standard pressed steel wheels with original centre caps remain on the car and are shod with good tyres all round. The wheels and hubcaps are in good condition. The boot area has factory markings visible and houses the spare wheel alongside the jack kit. The brakes show good results on the recent MOT test with the paperwork to prove. The brake pedal is firm; bringing the car comes to a controlled stop in a straight line.

HISTORY FILE

Originally registered on 19TH March 1982 the car has remained in the original ownership of a Mrs Irene Hilda Ryall until late 2015 when the vehicle was registered temporarily to ‘The house clearance centre' until being processed by ourselves.

The history of the car includes the original bill of sale stating the optional extra ‘metallic paint finish'. Ford car owner handbook. Ford Fiesta accessories brochure. Ford Fiesta operating guide and a guide to Ford dealers all in the original slip from new.
