Seller's notes: Triumph TR3A for sale. The car was manufactured in 1959, exported to California and repatriated in 1995. It was refurbished by The Northern TR Centre and converted to right hand drive. There are some marks and blemishes but the patina adds to the character of the car. A good honest car that is ready to drive away and use.

TR 3 A in signal red. Manufactured in 1959 and exported to California. The car was repatriated in 1995 when it was refurbished by The Northern TR Centre and converted to right hand drive. The car was rust free and remains in very good condition having had little use in the last 20 years. There are a few blemishes as one would expect but this adds to the patina. Various work has been carried out by a specialist classic car garage in my ownership and this includes rebuilt carbs. installation of seat belts. electrical work. stainless steel exhaust and more. The car is a pleasure to own but I have too many cars and this one has to go as it doesn't get any use. The car is set off with chrome wire wheels. has Morgan mirrors so you can see what's behind and the wet weather gear is all in serviceable condition. The car is currently on loan to a friend so that it gets some use and will have a new MOT on sale for the peace of mind of the new owner. I keep it in an air tent so it remains in the condition in which I bought it. The car is in fairly original condition with an increase in engine capacity when it was refurbished to 2138 ccs the notable alteration (but original engine as far as I know). The car is not fitted with overdrive but I bought it with a spare overdrive gearbox and all the necessary bits to fit which will come with the car subject to sale price (I've not had time to fit it).
