1962 CHEVROLET BEL AIR Station wagon Great family cruiser . Good overall condition . use as is or take to the next level . 350 crate motor (290 hp GM goodwrench )not yet run in (maybe 20 hrs ). delbrock carb & air cleaner. polished alloy manifold . MSD ignition ( Dissy . leads & coil) . new edelbrock water pump . powerglide trans with factory column shift ( new convertor & shift kit fitted). standard drum brake diff (has been checked & pinion seal & fluid replaced) . full air bags fitted in place of coil springs . minimal modification . could be easily removed & coils refitted if air not required (fitted in USA . Viair twin compressors & firestone bags . not crap). traight body & good green & white paint in I would think are original colours ( some chips & marks but no rust bubbles /pimples etc . roof looks to be a pearl) . 17"x 6" & 18'x 7" REV wheels with good tyres . chrome & trims all good ( repro front bumper . will throw in old bumper as a spare) . boosted power disc brakes to front . power steering (new hoses & ram kit). power rear window . kenwood AM/FM/CD/ipod stereo. idy black & silver interior with Ford AU XR buckets in front with quality lambswool covers ( very comfortable) . seat belts for five . modified LTD console . hillspeed GPS speedo as original needs attention (legal . wired in . as required by mechanic for pink slip). moon gauges . all glass good . new front screen fitted by previous owner . but has wiper scratch but barely noticable. . new internal window winders & handles. has QLD mod (blue) plate & was on full NSW rego now on non transferable club rego may allow approved buyer to drive home. (have NSW plates 62-WAGN available for NSW buyers) Car drives really well . Awesome family cruiser .
