1935 Dodge Ford Chev Hotrod Ratrod in QLD

1935 Pickup - New build just completed.
Has passed first 2 inspections and is ready for final Inspection (see below for more detail)
The pickup was built using all good components and is a running driving rod.
Drives great. Have only taken it for a squirt down the road a bunch of times but steers stops and gets up and goes as it should. Its tight!

Since moving to surburbia I dont have the room I used to and have a 53 efy I want to build. some something has to budge. So its the 35.

Body
Steel 35' Dodge cab - not chopped comfortable to drive Im 6'1" and sit comfortably. Some mild mods to cab to sit over the rails a bit and floors massaged a tad but other than that stock.
PLUS all new ADR approved Glass - has decals applied to rego
32 ford fenders and grill shell (fibreglass)
Steel running boards and tub. Both fabed to fit this pickup.

Chassis
NEW - built by Curlys hotrods on the goldy. over engineered to be a safe. stiff. solid chassis.
Mustang11 front end refurbed and a cortina rack used
new brake booster / lines / pedals etc etc

Motor Trans
Was thought it had a 350 Chev SB but after running the numbers found it was a rareish 400SB. uses same parts as 350 but more torque. coupled to a 400turbo auto trans. Runs great shifts great.

Wheels
Rocket Salt Flat style. New

Interior
Basically is pretty retro well finished with new carpet and the floor has heat retard matting put down to reduce heat. Electric windows. new head unit . new switches. Dash cluster all re wired. Speedo needs dialing in.

Paint
Fresh paint Black Patina red oxide base and rubbed thru to give it a killer look. Done by Hillbilly Customs and Rods. I just did the grunt work. Then Satin cleared. 60% satin looks nice.

What Else
Lokar shifter new
Walker radiator refurbed and elec fan installed.
All electrics have been redone - only blinkers and brake pedal wires to connect
Gas tank and battery in tub
New tub lined with hardwood boards and finished with clear poly lacquer.
May be a few little tweeks for new owner but that would be just to get how YOU like it. I like it as is.

Final Inspection. have discussed with TAC Inspector here in Brissy. and Im happy to work with new owner to facilitate transfer of build or discuss what you would like to do.

This is a killer rod. hard pressed to build one like it for this money. negotiable to a degree but make your offers with the understanding that stupid offers will get an equally stupid reply. Ive build a bunch of cars and know what there worth. that being said happy to discuss what you may propose.
