The Mercedes-Benz W209 mid-sized coupés were produced from 2002
until 2010 with the term CLK derived from Coupé-Leicht-Kurz
(coupé-light-short) which. when matched with the AMG 5. 4 litre V8
engine. delivers stunning performance. This AMG model has something
of a Jekyll & Hyde character; smooth yet meaty when driven
gently. eager. aggressive and almost NASCAR loud when stretching
its legs in sport mode. with a 0-60 time of 5. 0 seconds and a top
speed limited to 155mph. It holds four good-sized seats. a decent
boot and the rear seats even fold to enhance day to day
practicality.
