For sale is 'Dolly'. a 1971 California Style 1200cc Beetle. She has been in the same family since new. and has been passed between generations. She came off the road a couple of years ago to undergo a full. professional restoration. The wings and bonnet are new. but shell. chassis. doors and engine are all original. The engine has had new oil seals and sumps. and the car now looks just as good underneath as it does from above. She has a full faux leather interior. with matching carpets. and a working CD/radio. Her number plate is the one that she was registered with. and she starts and runs fantastically. Getting special mention at Bug Jam last year. she is definitely a head turner. and just as much fun as she looks! MOT until October 2013 & taxed until April 2014. Cash on collection is fine.
