1951 Morgan Flat Rad Drop Head Coupe

A rare Flat rad Morgan that has been subject to a large rebuild including a recent respray just finished in metallic gunmetal grey the paint needless to say is flawless. The car was one of the Morgan Motor Show cars in 1951. The roof is of blue double duck & again is in very fine order.
To the interior is dark navy leather again in superb order throughout. The car has only just been put back on the road post restoration so is fresh & ready to go. All woodwork has been removed & re-polished making the interior a pleasant place to be. Under the bonnet the car is well detailed. The car starts easily & the rebuilt 2. 0 litre engine pulls well breathing through twin carburetors. The car shows an indicated 38. 00 miles which may well be correct given that the last owner had the car laid up in his barn for a couple of decades prior to restoration.
These Drop Head Coupe models are very versatile being used fully closed. half open with the front of the roof rolled back. or in full convertible mode. There are two rear mounted spare tyres on the back of the car the tyres appearing unused.
