If you're looking for an iconic 1960's driver that is in near showroom original condition. this 1965 Mercury Montclair is the car for you to consider - just over 32. 00 original miles with all original #'s matching 390 ci / 300 hp 2 barrel carburetor V 8 motor - the body is incredible with no rock chips. no door dings or other such flaws - smooth as silk is the shifting of the 3 speed automatic transmission with power steering and power brakes - it has had one repaint in the original T Code Light Beige paint - the interior is in an Ivy Gold carpeting with light beige and brown trims - included are new ACC front and rear Ivy Gold floor mats - the door panels are perfect - the headliner and sunvisors are perfect - the rear cloth seat is perfect - there are 2 small seam tears in the front bench seat - the original seat belts front and rear are perfect - the chrome bumpers front and rear are perfect and all the stainless trim is better than I've ever seen on a car of this year - no rust to the undercarriage or body anywhere - under all 4 doors and in the door hinges are in incredible clean and rust free condition - all gauges work and the rear power windows goes up and down quickly from a dash control next to the headlight switch - the chrome hubcaps are all in excellent condition with almost new Cooper white wall tires - opening up the rear power window a small amount or completely down lets lots of fresh air in thru the floor air vents and crank front wing windows - original transistor AM push button radio - take a look at the pictures of the trunk which has the original instruction sheet on the lid and includes the original white wall spare and jack and lug wrench - I've never seen a more perfectly maintained motor compartment with everything original including the original hood pads and spark plug wires and everything else untouched and original - newer Interstate battery - included are the original 1965 Mercury Owner's Manual plus Mercury dealership and Warranty paperwork - all rubber door seals are excellent original as well as the weatherstrip of the trunk
