This beautiful Phantom received a 2 year restoration between 2000 - 2002 at Wildae Restorations in Devon. The total cost of the work carried out was £30. 00.
They carried out work on the Engine. Gearbox. Axles. Suspension and exhaust. Latterly the bodywork received a full restoration by its owner. The interior trimmed in red hide having beige cloth headlining. piano ebony wood dash and capping rails. rear vanity mirrors with small bottles. glasses and decanters. The chassis was delivered by road on the 17. 01. 30 to the coach builders Thrupp & Maberly of Cricklewood. West London. Once complete and tested. 121 XJ was delivered to George Heath Motors of Birmingham from Jack Barclay. London. The car comes with a full and very interesting history file including Rolls Royce build sheets. a Phantom II parts catalogue and many invoices for works carried out. This extremely pretty car stands in magnificent condition inside and out. Worth of any collection.
