1949 Chevrolet 3100 5 window. Frame off restoration with approximately 50 miles since completed. Gorgeous base coat / clear coat paint. 2 nd gen Camaro sub frame with new 350 ci small block Chevy and new TH 350 transmission. The engine is mild with dual glasspack exhaust and a great sound. Aluminum radiator and electric fan. GM 10 bolt rear with 2:73 gears and coil over suspension. The truck is equipped with A/C. power disc brakes and power steering. I have driven the truck and it runs and drives great! Many body modifications! Louvered hood (90 louvers) and tail gate. filled cowl vents. frenched headlights. filled fuel hole relocated to the rear of truck with aluminum cell. nosed. smoothed fire wall and rolled louvered rear pan. The body gaps are nice and the doors open and close very well. The paint is smooth and shiny with no orange peel.
All new glass and seals. Oak bed with polished stainless rails and fuel filler door. The interior is a beautiful red with tilt column and a Grant wheel. bucket seats equipped with belts. full Dolphin gauges. electric wipers and a Lokar shifter. Door seals are new.
Tires are new 15" Goodyear Polysteel on steel wheels with spider kit from Speedway Motors.
