Rare and collectable 1971 W 108 280 SEL previously registered until early 2014 now expired. this car is the rare long wheelbase model but with a 2. 8 litre fuel injected engine and 4 speed automatic transmission. This car has the same chassis as the W 109 300 SEL but without the troublesome air bag suspension and the thirsty V 8. The car is structurally sound and has some rust in the usual places but nothing too serious or hard to fix. Includes electric windows and factory air conditioning with optional floor shift. A great car to restore and keep with good potential for appreciation in value.
