Unfortunately the time has come to sell my Mercedes. To say I am sad to see it go is a tremendous understatement. It's a classic and I'm sure I'll regret the sale as soon as I watch you drive away. disappearing into the sunset with the top down. I may even cry. I don't know. Reactions to these sorts of tragedies are often unpredictable. Anyway. here are the details:

I'm only the second owner of this car. The first was a nice old lady who lived in Florida. I purchased the car with the help of Mercedes Motoring who only deal with completely original and mint condition cars. This is one of them. Completely original and free of accidents. Well. it was. Until I lent it to my ex-girlfriend for a weekend and she somehow managed to back right into someone while parking. Unbelievable. right? Yeah I know. I know. Well her loss is your gain as now I'm listing it for thousands less (because I technically can no longer call it completely original). However the only non-original part of the car is the rear left corner panel (though you wouldn't know it by looking at it). Also I updated the stereo and the speakers so you can actually play CDs or plug in your phone/i Pod. Turns out they didn't have music on their phones in 1986. Losers.

All of the maintenance I've done has been with Vaco Mercedes who are absolute pros and regularly tell me this is one of the nicest 560 SLs they've ever seen. The car comes with the original hard and soft tops. I'll also throw in the stand I bought for the hard top. a hard top cover and a cover for the entire car because I'm the nicest guy in the world. You're welcome.
