The car was sold by Market Motor in Ohio in June/1973. it still have dealer decal in trunk. The original owner used it to drive to college in Illinois. after graduated he drove it back to Colorado. He sold the car to 2 nd owner also in CO. Im the 3 rd owner.
The original owner always took the Barracuda to professionals for service. He keep all the receipt to all services had done to the car.
The best thing:
All original. factory metal. The car has "Ziebart" coated right after purchased. This is process where small holes are drilled and an undercoating material is shot in and the holes plugged with yellow plastic plugs(see pic). The Ziebart treatment preserve the metal for more than 30 year. the result is this car has Zero rust whatsoever. For those who bought rusted-car. then force to sell their project later because excessive charge of bodywork. will very much appreciate this rust free Cuda.
The good thing:
Cuda options: Sport hood Woodgrain console Dual racing mirrors. Many other Cuda dont have this option.
No AC. This is plus for those want to stuff Hemi in there. Hemi car did not come with AC. yet. no Cuda racer need an AC.
Non AC car have clean. orgainized engine compartment.
The not good:
Radio is not working.
Dent in front panel and dent in quarter panel. It was there when I bought the car. I did not attempt to fix it. The 41 years old car with some dents is fine to me. I like it that way.
