Toyota : Land Cruiser Base Sport Utility 2-Door

You are looking at a nicely restored 1976 Toyota FJ40 Landcruiser.  This 'Cruiser is almost completely stock except for an aftermarket "Hell 4 Stout" suspension and a header.  This rig has power steering. The body is in good shape.  The engine runs smooth and all electrical systems are functional.  
There is very little rust on this vehicle.  I have posted pictures of the areas where I have discovered rust.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.  I have owned the vehicle or about 3 years and am selling it only because I don't have the time to enjoy this rig.

NO RISK PURCHASE: Buyers wil have 7-days to inspect the vehicle after purchase.  During this 7-day period. Buyer may cancel this contract for any reason. but Seller will retain $200 of Buyer's deposit as a cancellation fee.
The sale of this vehicle is conditioned upon Purchaser agreeing to the terms of the Purchase Agreement set forth below.  Within 48 hours after winning bid is accepted. Purchaser must pay $500 deposit to seller via wire transfer or cashier's check and send Seller a signed copy of the Purchase Agreement (set forth below).  Purchaser will have 7 days after winning bid is accepted to have the vehicle inspected.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between__________________("Seller") and______________________("Buyer") on this______day of ___________________. 2014.
1.  In exchange for payment in the amount of $________________by Buyer. and subject to the terms below. Seller agrees to sell Buyer one 1976 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40 vehicle (VIN___________________).  Upon payment of purchase funds. Seller shall furnish to Buyer the vehicle. all keys in Seller's possession. and all spare parts in Seller's possession.  Seller shall furnish Buyer a signed copy of the title and a signed title application for any sale to a Texas resident.  
2. Contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement. Seller has paid Buyer a deposit of $500. Seller shall have five (5) days from the date of this Agreement to have the vehicle inspected as Seller's residence or such other place as Seller may agree to take the vehicle.  At any time during this 5-day period. Buyer may cancel this contract.  Upon cancellation by Buyer under this paragraph. Seller shall refund to Buyer $300 of Buyer's $500 deposit.  Seller shall be entitled to keep $200 of the deposit as a cancellation fee.  If. within five (5) days of the date of this Agreement. Buyer does not deliver funds in the form of a cashier's check from a bank approved by Buyer or electronic funds transfer. this Agreement shall be automatically canceled.
3. Buyer acknowledges that this vehicle is nearly forty years old and is being sold "AS IS. WHERE IS" with all faults.  Buyer acknowledges that Seller has advised to have the vehicle inspected by a competent professional.  While Seller has tried my best to provide an accurate description of this vehicle. Seller cannot possibly know of all defects in this vehicle and thus takes no responsibility for ensuring the condition of this vehicle.  Seller makes no representation or warrant. nbsp;express or implied. of the quality or condition of this vehicle. except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.  Buyer represents and warrants that he or she bases his/her decision to buy the Vehicle solely upon Buyer's judgment and any inspection performed by Buyer.  BUYER DISCLAIMS RELIANCE ON ANY STATEMENT. REPRESENTATION. OR PROMISE (ORAL OR IN WRITING) THAT IS NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.  The parties further disclaim any and all warranties. express or implied. relating to the vehicle. including the warranties of merchantability and fitness.
4. Buyer shall be responsible for shipping the vehicle.  Seller shall not be responsible for any damage to the vehicle incurred while shipping the vehicle or loading the vehicle.
5. BINDING ARBITRATION: Buyer and Seller agree that any and all claims in any way arising from or relating to this agreement. the vehicle. the condition of the vehicle. any representation by Seller concerning the condition of the vehicle. shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's commercial rules.  The arbitration shall take place in Dallas. Texas and shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.  The arbitrator shall have the power to decide all issues in controversy between the parties. including jurisdiction of any party. the scope of this Agreement. and the arbitrability of any claims.  The arbitrator's decisions and award shall be fully binding on all parties.  Either party may enforce the award of the arbitrator in any court of competent jurisdiction.  This Agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
6. This Agreement represents the entire agreement of the parties.
