Jeep : Wagoneer Base Sport Utility 4-Door

This jeep is a very cool classic vehicle. It runs and drives great even by today's standards. shifts like silk. This jeep is far from perfect but it is a really good example of a well preserved vehicle. I am going to describe the jeep to the best of my knowledge but be sure to ask questions.
THE GOODThe jeep is wearing its original paint. I have the original seats which are not in bad shape. the floors are rust free. The only spot of rust is right behind the rear wheels. It had been stored in a garage most of its life. the reason it is so well preserved. The engine runs like brand new and the transmission shifts great. The jeep is completely mechanically sound. Tires are fine I am unsure of the mileage on them but they look to be in alright condition. The seats that are in the jeep currently are not the originals but are in nice condition. The jeep also comes with quite a few boxes of extra parts. This vehicle was originally bought in Idaho and has been here all its life. Everything works including the rear electric window. The jeep comes with original factory A/C ( does not work). The engine is the original 360 with the original freshly rebuilt 4 barrel motor-craft carb. It also has a brand new battery and voltage regulator. The back interior of the jeep is perfect it appears as if nothing has ever been put back there. It also has a rare factory installed extra fuel tank. This jeep is a really nice 99% rust free example of a survivor vehicle. I have a clean title for it. The odometer says 15. xx miles but I would imagine it has rolled over so its most likely 115. xx miles.
THE NOT SO GOODLike I said this jeep is not perfect but it is a great daily driver. It had once been in a minor fender bender but didn't cause any damage to the rest of the jeep besides the left fender and left bumper but the bumper has since been repaired and fender replaced with another hence the different color. The carpet has been removed because it was in poor condition and to show how nice the floors are. The headliner is old and falling down in one spot so it should probably be replaced. A/C needs recharged and heater has been bypassed because the heater core developed a leak. There is a small amount of rust behind the rear wheels it is very minimal compared to what these jeeps are prone to have. It will also occasionally leave a silver dollar sized oil spot in the driveway after a couple weeks of sitting. not bad for a 37 year old vehicle.
